About Our Pastor

Pastor David Crocker is a native of Hartford, Connecticut and is a 22-year veteran of our Armed Services, having served as a Quartermaster Officer in the United States Army. Pastor Crocker received Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior in the summer of 1977. In the fall of 1987, Pastor Crocker accepted the call of God to preach the gospel during his tour of duty in the Republic of West Germany.

Pastor Crocker holds bachelor’s degrees from Delaware State University, Dover, Delaware; Minnesota Graduate School of Theology, Brooklyn Center, Minnesota and a master’s degree from Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia. Pastor Crocker is a graduate of the Sonship School of the Firstborn in Killeen, Texas and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in pastoral studies from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas.

During the early years of his ministry, Pastor Crocker served faithfully at the Christian House of Prayer in Copperas Cove, Texas as a Deacon and licensed minister. He is a licensed and ordained minister under Covenant Connections International.

Throughout his military career, God has used Pastor Crocker to minister to soldiers and civilians all over the world. During his last deployment, he served as pastor at both the Freedom Chapel Gospel Service at Camp Humphreys, Korea and the Comanche Base Gospel Service in Bosnia, Herzegovina.

He has been married to his beautiful wife, the former Ms. Pamela Pinkett, for 42 glorious years and is the father of four adult children and eleven grandchildren. Pastor Crocker ministers daily on a nationwide prayer conference call and weekly on KCHL 1480 Urban Gospel Radio Station.

He is currently the founder and Senior Pastor of Living Word Christian Fellowship in San Antonio, Texas. He lives to serve God, his family, and his church. He acknowledges that God is a God of redemption and reconciliation and that no one is beyond hope, because no one is beyond God’s help.
